A transformative practice for awakening your soul’s power within to ignite change and connect to your truth.

We all carry darkness and suffering within. Whether on a small scale, like negative mental habits, or unhelpful self talk or a larger scale like addiction, trauma or prolonged battles of the mind or heart.

This practice has been designed to support you in activating your soul to shine the light of awareness on the challenges of your life.

Through this illumination of our difficulties and complete acceptance of where we are at right now, we have the capacity to transmute them like lead into gold.

The hero’s journey is the story of each of our lives. We each have the power to tap into the wisdom of our soul within, through which we can strengthen ourselves to take action and make any necessary changes to what is no longer serving us.

It is through the path of awakening through awareness, that we can ignite our soul and connect with the truth of who we really are.

Yoga is a way we can cultivate a deeper connection to our inner self, but it is also a way that we can come together and share the beautiful energy of the collective.

As a yoga teacher I see myself as a guide to facilitate a person’s connection to themselves.

Yoga can also be fun, light and joyful and can be used to bring people together in a more authentic way for celebrations, milestones or staff connection in the workplace.

My style is a slow flow Hatha and Yin infused individualised practice, always encouraging students to tune into their own body.

1:1 Yoga sessions

In her 1:1 yoga sessions, Dr Talia will guide you to connect with your intuition within.

Whether for physical, mental, emotional or spiritual growth, your session will be specially tailored and individualised to meet your needs. 

Having previously worked as a doctor, Dr Talia is passionate about bringing a holistic approach to health, and understands how the physical symptoms we can experience are connected to the mental, emotional and spiritual aspects of our lives.

She sees yoga as a practice to create the space and stillness to go within and better access these other dimensions of our being, which can increase our ability to shift ailments showing up in the physical body.

Below are some of the areas that may benefit from a 1:1 yoga session with Dr Talia, however in actual fact there is no limit to what domain of one’s life may shift through cultivating the space to connect within and access the clarity we need.
